Body-first training for real, lasting change in autism care

Research-informed, sensory-based training for autism care

We train professionals and support parents using research-informed, touch-based and nervous-system-centred approaches that restore regulation and support development in autistic children with low to high support needs.

Choose what fits your role. You can explore freely.

What makes our work different?

We don’t manage symptoms.
We repair sensory processing.

Most autism approaches focus on behaviour, skills or coping strategies.
We work earlier, at the level of the body and sensory nervous system.

When sensory input becomes organised and safe, regulation improves.
When regulation improves, behaviour, sleep, connection and learning follow.

This is the foundation of our work.

Qigong Sensory Treatment [QST]

QST is a structured, hands-on sensory intervention designed to support nervous system regulation through touch and tactile input. It is:

  • given fully clothed, on a mat or futon

  • based on rhythmic tapping and deep pressure

  • delivered in a clear, repeatable routine

  • adapted to each child’s sensory capacity

  • built around predictability and safety

QST is taught to parents and professionals, strengthening the therapeutic triad of child, caregiver and therapist.

It supports children with autism, ADHD, trauma, developmental delay, intellectual disabilities and children with high sensory needs without a formal diagnosis.

Real change is possible - here’s what that looks like.

Not coping strategies.
Not surface compliance.
But changes that continue beyond sessions.

Many families report improvements in sleep within days or weeks.

Connection strengthens

Children seek contact. Touch becomes safe. Engagement increases.

Sensory overload decreases

Not through desensitisation, but through sensory repair.

Tics and repetitive tension reduce

As the body no longer needs to discharge overload.

Progress continues over time

Because the foundation is changing, not just the response.

About me

I don’t just teach this - I live it.

I’m Sabine. I’m autistic. So is my family.

I’ve spent years figuring out what truly helps - without masking, without forcing and without burning out.

I founded the Make Children Better® School to train professionals across Europe and Africa in Qigong Sensory Therapy [QST] - a research-backed, touch-based method that repairs sensory processing and supports natural development.

This work changed my life.
Now I teach it to others.
